The connection and administration boxes are the boxes that keep the terminations of the fibre optic cable and allow the administration of the services transported through the optical fibre.
If the termination of these cables is done through splicers to pig-tails the boards is complemented with casettes of 24 splicers, and it is called SPLICING AND TERMINATION BOXES.

Fibercom also supplies all the needed accessories: cassettes splice protector sleeves

We also produce specific boxes, under request, for the specific needs of each installation.

Fibercom produces metallic boxes of 1.5 mm., painted with epoxi resin and silk-screen printed, to be emplaced either in rack or in mural form. The boards are ready and easy to install.

The boxes are available in 1 or 2U. 1U boxes can manage up to 24 fibres (48 with high-density connectors as i.e. LCD) and two cassettes. 2U boxes have twice the capacity. Recently Fibercom has designed our own box with sliding drawer available in 1U.

Our boxes have an accessory to place them on the wall, but we have a specific wall box that can manage up to 16 fibres.

ROSETA (passive outlet) is an special wall box especially suitable for serving a working point with a maximum of 4 optical fibres.
